Here we go.  I've thought about starting a blog for quite a while.  I've loved reading blogs,  and wanted to start writing as well, so I could be part of the conversation.  I just wasn't sure where to start or what my "angle" would be, but now we've bought our dream house, so I'm ready to go.

We are remodeling a 1950's Moderninst home in So. California whose floor plan was called the "Starlight" by the developer, thus "StarlightModern."
